SAME 4th Annual Small Business Conference

The SAME Huntington Post will hold its 4th annual Small Business Conference Tuesday and Wednesday, 9-10 May, in downtown Huntington, West Virginia. Highlights include:

Activities will begin on Tuesday, 9 May at 5:00 PM with a networking icebreaker held in Huntington’s historic Heritage Station Plaza – 210 11th Street. SAME Post President, Chris Blevins, will welcome us at 5:15 PM. The USACE Huntington Commander, COL Philip Secrist, will join us along with other Huntington Corps representatives. Beverages and light hors d’oeuvres will be provided and included in the $75 registration fee that covers the conference. Feel free to make your own dinner plans and learn what downtown Huntington has to offer.

The business agenda kicks off on Wednesday, 10 May at 7:00 AM, at the Big Sandy Superstore Convention Center – 1 Center Plaza, with a continental breakfast. Display tables in the Grand Ballroom are available for purchase for $175, which includes one registration. Display tables are limited to tabletop/bannerstand displays (no large booths). .  

The conference hotel, Huntington Holiday Inn Civic-Arena 800 3rd Ave, is conveniently located adjacent to the Convention Center and within 3 blocks of Heritage Station Plaza. A special rate of $91 plus tax (government rate) has been arranged for this event. You may book online or by calling 304-523-8880.
