Andrew Auxier was presented with an Achievement Medal for Civilian Service for his outstanding performance as a Local Government Liaison for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in direct support to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) during the 2017 hurricane season. He was deployed for more than 45 days in response to hurricanes Erma and Maria coordinating support for local governments. His professionalism and dedication to service reflects credit upon himself and the United States Army.
