Today, at the Huntington City Hall Auditorium, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntington District conducted a change of command ceremony. Col. Philip Secrist transferred command of the District to Lt. Col. William Miller. The ceremony was presided over by Brig. Gen. Mark Toy, Commanding General of the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
