The Huntington District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers conducted a change of command ceremony at the Huntington City Hall Auditorium. Col. Philip Secrist transferred command of the District to Lt. Col. William Miller. The ceremony was presided over by Brig. Gen. Mark Toy, Commanding General of the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
