The Racine Locks and Dam is located on the Ohio River, 237.5 miles below Pittsburg, PA and 1.5 miles downstream from Letart Falls, OH. Racine Locks and Dam replaced locks and dams Nos. 21, 22 and 23 on Ohio River. The Dam provides a navigable pool extending 34 miles up the Ohio River to Belleville Locks and Dam.
