The Huntington District hosted the Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District (MWCD) for a semi-annual Partnering Meeting. Our partnership has a history dating back to the 1930's when we built 14 dams in the Muskingum Watershed. The MWCD is typically the non-federal sponsor for projects in the watershed and have been resolute partners in our common purpose of reducing risk to lives and property.
