BG (P) Toy, Commanding General, Great Lakes and Ohio River Division visited Bluestone Dam to gain a greater appreciation of the current status of the Bluestone Dam Safety Assurance (DSA) Mega Project and tour Bluestone Dam and its active construction sites.
