Do not touch, move or dig
near or around suspected ordnance

Walk away in the direction
you came

Identify the area on a map or
by terrain feature

Report immediately to:
1-888-283-0303
After a report has been made,
the following actions are performed:

U.S. Forest Service employee
is notified
-
U.S. Forest Service verifies
the find
-
U.S. Army Explosive Ordnance
Disposal (EOD) contacted for ordnance removal

Provide courtesy information
to Division of Water and Waste Management and USACE Huntington
at the earliest convenience (Permit no longer required)
-
Office of West Virginia State
Fire Marshall notified
-
UXO records documented and kept
on file at the Potomac Ranger District
