Compensation
Earn money while you are in school. Upon graduation and permanent employment with the Army, earn a salary competitive with private industry.

Student Loan Repayment
Potential for payment of up to $10,000 per year per individual to a maximum of $60,000 for your federally insured student loans, if eligible.

Apply Knowledge / Learn Skills
Apply knowledge gained in school and at the same time refine problem solving and business skills.

Training
Receive job related training and computer-based training. In some cases college credit can be earned as a result of participating in training courses.

Attend events to meet coworkers, exchange ideas, and develop mentoring relationships.

Performance Feedback
Receive developmental feedback after each project assignment as part of an agreement with the school for successful completion of the program.
