HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Grayson Lake in Grayson, Ky., will offer a
free open house to the public on Saturday, August 3, 2013 from noon to 3 p.m.
The event will give the public an opportunity to look inside the dam’s intake structure to learn how it helps
reduce the negative impacts of flood damage. Grayson Lake Rangers will be on hand to help educate the public about
water safety and to pass out free water safety materials and prizes.
