Pleasant Hill Lake Temporary Drawdown for Inspection

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntington District announces that the Pleasant Hill Dam will increase outflows beginning at 8 a.m. Monday, Oct. 19, 2015 in order to facilitate a normal periodic inspection of the basin below the dam by drawing the pool down approximately 6 inches.

The outflows will be increased to 250 cubic feet per second (cfs) beginning at 8 a.m. on Oct. 19 until 7 a.m. on Oct. 21 when it will be reduced to zero. The outlet flow will be set at the minimum of 26 cfs on Oct. 21 at 5 p.m. so that the lake can recover back to the summer pool and return to normal operations.
