    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntington District will restrict access to Burnsville Dam in Burnsville, W.Va., due to construction on the top of the dam that begins this week. Four block structures are being built to house motors.

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntington District announces that the Pleasant Hill Dam will increase outflows beginning at 8 a.m. Monday, Oct. 19, 2015 in order to facilitate a normal periodic inspection of the basin below the dam by drawing the pool down approximately 6 inches
  • Meldahl Fishing Pier to Reopen Oct. 13

(AMP) announce the opening of the recreation area and fishing access pier downstream of the Meldahl Locks and Dam on the Kentucky side of the Ohio River on Oct. 13, 2015
