Hinkle Mountain Project Partnership Agreement Signed
HUNTINGTON, W. Va. -- Representatives from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers joined local officials on Monday, Sep. 28, 2015 to officially sign the project partnership agreement for the design phase of the Hinkle Mountain Little Laurel Water Project.
