HUNTINGTON, W.Va – Live-cut Christmas trees can be put to good use after the holidays by donating them to the Christmas Tree Recycling Program sponsored by the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Sutton Lake in Sutton, W.Va.
Residents and merchants with unsold trees can donate them by bringing them to the drop-off locations at the South Abutment Wooden Fishing Pier behind the dam or the Bee Run Launch Ramp. Trees will be accepted through Feb. 2, 2019.
