Flannagan Dam Project Office Closed

HUNTINGTON, W.Va – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has permanently closed the project office at John W. Flannagan Dam & Reservoir at 192 White Water Road in Haysi, Va., after an inspection revealed safety concerns about the rock wall next to the structure.
