​Andrew Branard was recognized for exceptional efforts on concurrently conducting Numeric, RAZ and Physical Modeling to help the Bluestone DSA PDT navigate complicated design issues while staying on schedule as well as supporting critical understandings of operational risk to be incorporated into the instructions to the dam tender during construction of Phase 5.

Andrew Branard was recognized for exceptional efforts on concurrently conducting Numeric, RAS and Physical Modeling to help the Bluestone DSA PDT navigate complicated design issues while staying on schedule as well as supporting critical understandings of operational risk to be incorporated into the instructions to the dam tender during construction of Phase 5.  To do this work, Andrew worked in Huntington and Vicksburg, weekends and nights, to provide the design and water control teams significant data in a timely manner. His exceptional skills continue to benefit not only the Bluestone DSA, but the organization and our Life-Safety programs. His selfless dedication and work ethic exemplify Army Values and his efforts are commended and greatly appreciated by the entire leadership team here in Huntington District.
