Colonel Evers is joined by Greg Feustel, Delaware Lake Resource Manager and Brian Luprek, Scioto Area Resource Manager as they observe the Marietta Repair Station crew setting the emergency bulkhead in one of the gates at Delaware Lake. This is a part of the on-going annual maintenance assessment. The maintenance assessment is conducted every year and as part of the assessment the emergency bullhead is required to be set or attempted to be set in each sluice gate. This allows the project engineer to see if there are any issues that need to be addressed in the gate, and also with the bulkhead placement itself.
