On Saturday April 11th 2015 49 volunteers selflessly assisted the US Army Corps of Engineers at East Lynn Lake to enhance its natural beauty and provided a more sustainable environment for wildlife.

On Saturday April 11th 2015 49 volunteers selflessly assisted the US Army Corps of Engineers at East Lynn Lake to enhance its natural beauty and provided a more sustainable environment for wildlife. Volunteers collected approximately 2,430 pounds trash from recreation areas and the lake as well as removed brush and debris caused by recent flooding. Wayne High School JROTC, Wayne High School Fishing Club, Boy Scout Troop 170 from Wayne West Virginia, Boy Scout Troop 50 from Chesapeake Ohio and volunteers from the local community provided 196 priceless hours of service.
