    The applicant proposes to construct the PIC-East West Connector by using a combination of existing roadways and roadways on new alignment in northern Pickaway County, Ohio. In total, the proposed PIC-East West Connector would extend SR 762 approximately 3.75 miles and would require the widening of Duvall Road, Ashville Pike, and Bulen-Pierce Road. Existing Duvall Road would end in cul-de-sacs on both sides of the railroad. The project purpose is to improve levels of service and enhance safety on the local and regional transportation network.

    The proposed project would be located along the left descending bank of the Big Sandy River, from river mile 7.18 to 7.34, approximately 1.1 mile northeast of the community of Lockwood, in Boyd County, Kentucky. The applicant is requesting authorization to perform routine maintenance dredging on an as-needed basis for a period of ten years under a Standard Permit.
