Center coordinates of the site are as follows: Latitude 39.30165 North and Longitude 82.94340 West Waters of the United States (U.S.) within the proposed project area include approximately 1,642 linear feet of Paint Creek and 2.98 acres of adjacent wetlands. Paint Creek is a direct tributary to the Scioto River, a traditional navigable water (TNW).
